iCrossing To Acquire Sharp Analytics

SCOTTSDALE, AZ -- Digital marketing agency iCrossing announced an agreement to acquire Sharp Analytics for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition combines Sharp Analytics' SharpView dashboard software with iCrossing' digital marketing service position.

Sharpview "uses advanced embedded optimization and modeling to identify key insights" in online campaigns, allowing customers to to more quickly and accurately optimize their online offerings.  Sharp Analytics will retain its brand and operate as a division of iCrossing.
